Ingredients:
Osukone / Nkenteke (fennel seeds), Zereshk (barberries), Anise Verde (anise seed), Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves.
Directions:
Lightly crush the herbs and spices to awaken their essence. Boil 3 to 4 cups of water in a pot and pour out all the ingredients into the boiling water. Reduce heat to low and allow it to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm and sweeten with organic blue agave or stevia (optional).
